On site in not so sunny Stirchley, Birmingham… We popped out a couple of months ago to visit this project to get a sense of site progress. A lovely 1930s, good sized detached house (not so many of those in Stirchley!) that had been partially extended to the rear at ground floor. The owner was looking to add some additional accommodation at first floor and further extend the ground floor. On the first floor we’ve added a new master suite including bedroom, ensuite, and dressing room alongside re-configuring the existing bathroom. On the ground floor we have re-organised and further extended to add a garden seating area to the kitchen dining space. To the side a garage has been added.
It’s been a busy few months since the turn of the year, hence it being a couple of months since we visited site before posting. Like many of you, we are balancing work, home and childcare in the current lockdown. We are here, we are working, but sometimes it takes us a few days to respond to enquiries, so please bear with us.
We are also very busy as are many in the construction business, it seems that spending so much time at home has made us look at our homes with new eyes!
