Site Progress, Edgbaston. We’ve been working on this project for a good while now. A complete transformation, modernisation and renovation of a property in one of the Edgbaston Conservation Areas. A substantial dwelling in need of loving attention we have been working with the owner on a series of stages of works, with associated planning applications which will culminate with a contemporary extension to the rear of the property.
Works have now started on site with strengthening and refurbishing of this cathedral-like vaulted ceiling in what once was a grand billiards room, and will now become a spectacular master suite. Structural repairs are required to the roof sub-structure and we have been working alongside a structural engineer to ensure that this wonderful property is conserved and modernised to see another century.
