It’s been a very strange year so far! Lots of projects on site, then not on site, projects completed but haven’t yet been able to get out to have a look. Hopefully things are now getting back to normal a little!
Here’s a site image of a project now on site in Edgbaston. A beautiful semi-detached house in the Conservation Area in need of re-imagining to create modern, contemporary accommodation for the whole family. Sensitively extending to the side and replacing the existing garage we have substantially re-modelled internally and extended to the rear and side. This will provide a fabulous dining kitchen garden room to the rear, extended garage and store, utility, boot room and downstairs shower room. At first floor ensuite bathrooms are being added to bedrooms, whilst the second floor will accommodate a guest suite. Also at the rear looking in to the lovely mature garden will be a new home office space, planned before the lockdown but even more relevant now.
Looking forward to seeing this project completed before the end of the year.
