It’s by no means the easiest part of the project, there is dust, noise and a lot of comings and goings. But that said with the right builder, a person you can communicate easily and honestly with, then the irritations can be managed and planned for. Good communication between all of those involved is the basis of a good project.
We would say that the majority of our clients continue to live at home during their renovation and extension projects, although those with substantial re-development projects will find alternative accommodation for the duration of the project. This is one of the things that gets bottomed out with your builder once appointed. We have seen some very creative temporary kitchen and bathroom facilities over the years!
