Pink blooms in Kings Heath Side Return…

Contemporary side return extension to a Kings Heath Victorian end terrace finished just in time for Christmas last year. We’re really excited to pop back to see how it turned out, and chat with the owners to find out how the new space feels. They absolutely love it!

Friends and family can hang out together chatting and relaxing while food is being prepared, and then eat together. A significant change in level allows for a stepped down seating space nestled in the garden with the higher level dining area offering views over to the garden.

There are some lovely touches with furnishings and fixtures, and we love the way the pink on the walls picks up colour from the outside. A window is just another wall, (albeit transparent!) so it always looks great when you use colours that harmonise, reflect or contrast with the outside. The builder turned this around very quickly, 3 months from starting on site to moving in. All in all, very happy with the way it looks, and happy clients make every project worthwhile.

Send us an email, or give us a call to discuss your dream home extension, and let’s get started!
