Victorian Semi-detached Home, Full Planning Application, Split level to garden, Feature triangular rooflight, Completed Summer 2016. Our client was looking to re-organise a traditional Victorian semi-detached property to re-connect the house with the garden. There was a significant change in level down to the back garden. We opened up the house to the garden, and extended creating a new utility room internally before dropping down in to a beautiful new kitchen and garden room. A glorious new triangular rooflight over the stair drops light in to the kitchen and emphasises the route down in to the new space. A simple and contemporary room beautifully presented internally with a mix of vintage and modern furniture.
